Strokes
Dear Sir,
Please tell me how I can control my topspin stroke when i hit this stroke sometimes the ball hit on the net or not hit on the table.
Hi Siddhartha,
The key to controlling the topspin stoke is to generate plenty of topspin. This can be difficult at first because to get topspin, you need to swing the bat quickly and brush the ball. Once you get the topspin it will cause the ball to dip onto the table giving you more margin for error on your shots. When you're practicing next, really focus on this brushing action and let me know if it helps with your control.
