Deciding between rubbers

Hi sir i am new at table tennis .i am playing from 4 months and now wanted to make my own bat .sir my range is from 10 -30 $ .i am looking for a rubber for my FH and did some search and found these rubbers best according to their specification (i dont know just seeing by stats) and are at reasonable price below 30$ sir i am listing their names below. 

1) DHS NEO Hurricane 3

2) DHS Skyline 3-60 Mid Hard

3) Giant Dragon Superveloce V12 FX

4) Stiga Power LT

5) Galaxy 9000 3 Star

6) Friendship/729 Aurora

7) Giant Dragon TopENERGY Hard

kindly sir suggest me which rubber is best listed above or from your own that will suit me .i am an offensive player (still learning hard hit shots) and loves looping. Thank you sir in advance will be grateful to you for your advice .

I don't have too much of an opinion on these.

Friendship is a good quality rubber that you can trust.
