Suppose we are defending.Opponent smashed towards our left hand and we are ready for forehand defense how to quickly change to backhand and defend the smash

Hi Raviteja,

If you watch the ball very carefully you will get the best information as to where the ball is coming.  Try to be in a neutral position before your opponent hits the ball and then by watching the ball you will be able to react as fast as possible to which side the ball is coming.
