I was just wondering what kind of a diet is needed for a table tennis player

Hi Pranav,
At the top level of competition a Table Tennis players needs to follow the basaic principles of a good healthy diet.
Low fat, low sugar, balance of dairy products, protein, carbohydrates, vegetables, fruit, breads, cereal and pasta.
During competition you need a high energy intake such as bread with fruit and low concentrate juices, with a lot of water.
