what type of daily diet  would you suggest for a table tennis player??

what type of daily exercise is necessary??

Hi Yashant,

This will depend on how much you are training.  You need to replace what you are using.

Keep your diet healthy by eating lots of whole grains, lean meat, fish, cereals, fruit and vegetables and less fats refined foods, sugar and salt.  If you are unsure go to a dietitian to give you some dietary advice.
