Difficulties against spin

My opponent can spin the ball in almost all directions any where on the table. What should be my standing position in this case also what could i apply to my game in order to improve.

Hi Preetish,

Stay central to the table.  The best position is where you can just touch the table when you are in the Basic Stance.  Then put your bat on the middle line.  This should put you into a good position to reach the whole table with just one step in any direction.

To receive spin, think about using your bat like a rudder to steer the ball back.  We have a series on  Receiving Secrets that will help a lot in this area.
