How can Ovtcharov keep the ball very low while he serve the tomahawk serve in a standing position(bending down just a bit)

Hi Clement,
He tends to bend as the ball comes down so that by the time he hits the ball it is reasonably low.

Varying the spin on your serve makes it harder to return. You can vary the type of spin but possibly even more effective is varying the amount of spin.
