Hi, I have an upcoming tournament in 20 days and maybe 10 days for selections. My question is that should I do physical training or table practice because according to me I also need physical training. What's your thought?

Hi Abhinav,

Maintain whatever physical work you have been doing or lessen it slightly in the week before.

With your training on the table, make it more game specific in the next couple of weeks.  More serve and return drills will be better for you.

#12 - Defensive Technique

Although attacking is the most popular style at the top level in Table Tennis, it is important to be able to defend well. If you choose to play a defensive style then you should be practicing these strokes all the time. If you play an attacking stroke then you should still try and find some time for these strokes. If you can win one extra point by defending well when pressured, it could make the difference between winning and losing.
