can you encourage a person to join table tennis at the age of 25?

Hi Mokaku,

Yes you can certainly become involved at 25.  It is a sport that you can play well into your 80s and longer so you have 60 good years of playing if you start at 25.

It is difficult to reach an International Open level starting at that age but you can certainly reach a very high level.

and what about someone who is 14?? i started playing almost 4 months ago......will i be able to become atleast a national player??
