Hi PingSkills, just wanted to know in detail what drop-shot mean as what i know, drop-shot is a ball that bounce near the net and short so, if the ball bounce near the net but then the ball goes long, is it still called drop-shot or not ? And also, does drop-shot is always a fast ball ? If the ball bounce near the net but it's slow, is it still called a drop-shot ? And also, can i make a drop-shot when the ball is long ? (Is it good or not ?) last, when i must do that drop shot and why ? As i can just keep attacking and make them in trouble please for the answer thank you :D

Hi Frendy,

A drop shot is a shot that lands close to the net.  Take a look at the lessons on the Drop Shot off a Lob and the Drop Shot off a Chop.

Ok then so, what's the right time to make the drop shot ? What i mean is how far the opponent is to make a good drop shot so they can't get it

This is a judgement call.  You will get the feel of it the more you try the shot.
