Hi Alois,

Im Akhil an middle class professional player . I usually play all my matches with ease ! But once if my opponent get a lead of 4 points i become so nervous which makes me to kill all the balls which will not even place on the table !! help me to get rid of tension during my matches !!

Hi Akhil,

When you feel yourself starting to get tight, take a short break of a few seconds between points and take a deep breath.  Then focus on what you need to do for the next point.  You can think of things like where you are going to serve or what direction you are going to play in the rally.

If you do this one point at a time you will start to handle the nerves a little better.
