Hi,
Coaches. I read ur question and answers they r helpfull for all players. Thanks for this effort. Now my question is how can I relax my elbow. I am good drive player but elbow is always stiff. What can i do for it. 2nd question is I got pain in my elbow. Few months ago I can’t play but I go to arthopeedic and he suggest some medicine and exercises now I am better. I want to ask I want releaf from this pain soon and kindly tell me excersices for elbow.

I think it is best to stay with advice from the doctors about the pain in your elbows.
If the pain is better, I think one way to improve your stroke is to focus on finishing with your bat touching your eyebrow on the forehand. If you do this you will get the elbow to bend automatically. Try this out when the pain is less.
The forehand counterhit or forehand drive is the foundation for more attacking strokes such as the forehand topspin or forehand loop. There are 3 critical factors:
If you concentrate on these 3 factors then your stroke will become extremely consistent. Once you can reliably hit 100 balls in a row then you are ready for more attacking strokes. If you can hit 1,000 balls on in a row then you know you've truly mastered the stroke.
