hi I need some help on a good fast serve so do you think you could help?

Hi Sam,

To be able to do a fast serve you need to contact the ball quite flat. Then get the ball to bounce close to you on your side of the table and really low over the net. Don't be afraid to hit the ball long when you are training your serve.
