Training
Dear PingSkills,
I watched your video on feeding multi-ball. It was informative and helpful. Regarding the speed of feeding the ball, would bouncing the ball before feeding be slower than not bouncing the ball before feeding? If we want to feed the ball at a fast rate, should we practice not bouncing the ball before feeding in this case?
Thanks,
Kenneth
Hi Kenneth,
Glad you are trying out some multi-ball.
You can still bounce the ball and feed it quite fast but just see which one is easier for you to do. There isn't too much difference with it.
It's not only your topspin strokes which can benefit from some variation in speed. Pushes also can become very effective when their speed is mixed up. In this session we focus on slow and fast pushes.
