Table tennis is a sport which is all about feeling. It seems that I lack feeling, is there any way how I can improve my feeling, especially when it comes to topspin the ball?

Hi Aaron,

Touch and feeling comes with a more play.  It comes with experience of the exact amount of spin and speed that you will need to get the ball on the table.

Keep hitting balls and your feeling will improve.

As a help think about having a relaxed hand so that you can feel the ball better.
