Hi Kamil,

This is a matter of controlling your anxiety levels.  This is not an easy task.  You need to firstly be able to recognise that this stress is taking place.  Then find a way to calm your self down.  A common technique is to take a deep breath when you feel yourself starting to become anxious.

Then think about the next point and what tactic you need to employ.  Then focus on the ball and play the next point.

That stressful feeling you have is very comon. I think you become much less stressful when you've practised your strokes long enough and played many more matches. In time you'll notice due to confidence build-up, you won't be as tressed out anymore.
