Sir Can you please recommend me some good exercises for table tennis to increasing fitness ? and warm up before playing game or on a tournament .

For warm up activities, think about getting your heart rate up as a major priority.  Things like slow jogging, movement of arms and joints will all help this.  In our Training Secrets Revealed DVD we show you a whole range of warm up activities as well.  You can purchase this through the website.
