Flipping the ball on the paddle

Hi Alois,
I have a request for a video... Could you perhaps give a more in depth tutorial to practice flipping the bat and keeping the ball on it?  I am trying to do it, I am having trouble but perhaps if you gave a few more pointers it would help.

We did a little on this in our Ask the Coach Show #82 at 16:00. 

We also show you how to do it in the following show #83 at 40 seconds.  

Take a look through those and see if you can do it.  You might want to put up a video of you doing it once you can master it.
