sometimes  when my apponent hits a hard fast shot i lose sight of the ball what execise can i do to follow the ball.

Hi Gregory,

During your practice time always take a little bit of time to practice tracking the ball.  Tracking involves watching the ball really really closely.  I could have put in a lot more "really's" there.  Watch it all the way from when it is in yor hand to flying on the way out and on the way in.

You can do this during any of your practice routines, especially the warm up.

Focus on this more and you will be surprised how much better you start to see the ball.  You will start to think your oppoenent has started hitting the ball slower.
