Not being a dietitiian I won't give you too many specifics but, just follow the basics of a good diet. To help a little you may eat things like fruit buns and drink water or weak fruit juices during a competition to help you.
Overall though you need to maintain a healthy diet in general. This will help you to perform better on match day.
