good eve sir

while playing the match, in rally,  i could not return the forehand or backhand chop properly. or i could not reach the ball for above action. 

plz gv some solution to overcome this problem.

Hi Varun,

If you are meaning the short push or chop stroke the feet need to get you closer to the ball.  Often these balls stay close to the  net.  If you are a right hander, you always need to move your right foot forward for both forehand and backhand push strokes.

If you are too far away from the ball it will be difficult to control the stroke.
