Strokes
Hello Sir. I have watched almost all your videos on your youtube channel. Very informative and useful to play like a professional player.
But I have a question, In professional matches when faster ball rally starts I don't understand how many steps to move back after each faster stoke because one player moves little back from table while other player moves a lot backward but still there is a faster ball rally. Please make a video on this type of foot work.

Hi Hamza,
The key is to move back to a distance that you personally feel like you can react to the ball and make an effective stroke.
Some players will be able to react a little faster and will stay closer while others take more time when the ball moves faster and so will move back further from the table to give themselves a better look at the ball.
The forehand block is one way to counter a topspin stroke hit to your forehand side. Learn this stroke and you will be able to keep yourself in the rally even when your opponent get the first attack in.
