I would like to know if I can use 3 lb. dumbbells to train at home. This will be necessary? Also, should I eat any diet to improve my physical performance?

Hi Pablo,
The dumbbells are not necessary. I like to use resistance in the direction of the swing. Using a pulley to do this in the plane of the swing I think is a better use of weight.
As far as diet, just follow a good balanced diet. I am not a nutrition expert but making sure you eat in a balanced way.
A good server can put you under pressure from the start of the rally. But if you know how to make an effective return then you can turn the tables. In this master class we talk about the thought process that different levels of player go through to decide the best way to return any serve.
