I am an aggressive player , I do backhand fairly good , but when I play forehand smash or forehand topspin most of the balls fly away outside the table or into the net.

What should I do to make better forehand topspin and smash?

Hi Hardik,

The main thing is to play with a little more topspin and control on the forehand side.

Slow it down a little till you get the feel for the ball.

The other thing I often find is that players stand with their right foot too close to the table which may make the forehand more difficult.  Try to stand with your right foot a little further from the table than your left foot. This will get you in a better position to play the forehand.

Of course start with the tutorial on the Forehand Topspin Against Block and see if there is anything else there that can help you.
