How can I practice forehand counterhit against the wall as my friends are not very supportive?

Hi Rudraansh,

It isn't ideal to practice against a wall but it is better than nothing.  Push the table up against the wall and hit the stroke as you want to.  Focus on the technique of the stroke as we show you in the tutorial on the Forehand Counterhit.
