Hi sir,

Sir I cant really get better in Forehand Counterhit. Either the ball stuck in net or get off table. Sir please suggest some drill or practise to master it.

I am glad that you are wanting to improve this skill.  It is one of the key skills to develop in your game.

The main thing is to follow the basic ideas we have in our tutorial on the Forehand Counterhit. This will allow you to get a feel for the stroke and then gain some consistency with it.
