I am a Right Handed player & still uncomfortable with Forehand Hit, what must be the reason? (Please explain with reference to Body Position/Timing/Action/Racket Angle)

Hi Sanjay,

Focus on the basics of the stroke.  Without seeing your stroke it is difficult to say what may need imprving with your technique.

Often when players are not comfortable with the forehand hit it starts with their feet position. Start by making sure your are not turned to the table and that your left foot is either slightly closer to the table or at least even distance away from the table. 

From there take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Counterhit and make sure you are following the start and finish positions.
