Hi coach i want to ask you if we should be moving our wrist when playing the forehand loop with full swing and the whole arm like ( ma long)

Hi Sami,

To make a faster stroke you can extend your wrist as well.  Let it relax and follow through with your stroke.  You don't need to force the wrist through.

Can i Play the forehand loop against underspin with whole arm and the full swing and moving my wrist and go foreword with stroke to make it faster?

Hi Sami.

Yes you can.  It is more difficult to go forward.  You need a lot of speed with your arm to do this.  If you don't get good speed the ball will go into the net.
