Hi,

I have a very slow arm action when I loop on my forehand.  How can I accelerate my arm more?

Thanks.

Hi Julian,

You could try to do some shadow swings.  This is swinging without the ball.  Focus on how fast your hand in moving.  Don't try to force your arm through because you will tend to tighten up your arm and shoulder.  Just let it flow and see how fast it can move.
