Nearly every time I try to do the forehand pendulum serve the ball goes into the net. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Simon,

Try hitting the ball down into the table closer to your end line.  Also try hitting the ball fro a little higher.  It will help if you keep the elbow up high when you are dong the serve so that your bat is higher on contact.
