Hi Coaches,

When is the right time to move my body to forehand position from the backhand side in order to strike a forehand shot (from the backhand side).

Hi Elnatan,

You need to see that the ball is coming to the backhand side before you make the move.

Then as soon as you think you want to play a forehand jump quickly into position.
