Hi Alois/Jeff,
I am having problem playing forehand big time. I dunno how but sometimes I play a spectacular forehand smash or topspin. What am I missing here? I know it is hard to say without watching my game but if U could mention any basics which I may be missing that would be of great help.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Lepu,

Concentrate on the basics.  Sometimes when we try to hit the ball fast, our technique disappears.  It is essential to keep good technique when we are hitting faster.

Think about your start and finish positions of the strokes.  These are essential.
