Hi Alois,

I have been having trouble with my forehand push. I cannot seem to get into the right position and get under the ball. ANY tips would be helpful about this shot.

Hi Rikesh,

The forehand push is an awkward stroke for a lot of people.

Some suggetsions are to keep the wrist and hand very relaxed.  Think about just using your finger tips, fingers and wrist to make the stroke to start with.  This will help to relax this part of your hand.  Keep the stroke small and finish at the table with your bat.

If you haven't already had a look watch the Lesson on the Forehand Push.
