Strokes
You guys make forehand shots look so easy in the videos, but it is very hard for me to do them.So any tips so that I can do proper forehand shots?
Hi Maverick,
The trick is to really focus on the path your bat is taking. There is no compromise here. Work really hard at getting the action correct. Do it slowly and do it lots and lots of times. I am talking about thousands here. When you feel the stroje is completely correct you can start to speed up.
Initially focus more on the stroke rather than where the ball is going.
