For some reason I can't stop using my backhand even when the ball comes on my forehand side. Any tips for me so i can use my forehand more. All help appreciated.

Hi Jacob,

One simple tip is to change your stance.  If you are right handed put your left foot closer to the table than your right foot.  This will put you into the position to make a forehand.

In training try to pay a game where you are only allowed to play forehands.  This will get you moving around and getting into a position to make some forehands.

Love this advice, i have the same problem. But i tried this today and it forces you to work on the forehand.... However doesnt this go against one of your videos of keeping your stance even and shoulder width?

Yes it does, good point, but if you are trying to change your thinking this is probably a good first step to gain confidence in your forehand.
