How can i made a forehand top spin?    And can you tell to me 'butterfly bat is good or not than stiga'

Coach, can you recommand to me a good brand of bat ping pong.

the forehand topspin is a stroke that we cover in our free lessons.  Take a look through the lesson.  I think it will help you.  Forehand Topspin.

Butterfly is a good brand of equipment.
