Sir

While hitting my backhand topspin i always use wrist along with arm and forearm , but in forehand topspin wrist remains fixed, i want to know whether wrist movement is required or not.

Hi Akhilesh,

For the forehand topspin just keep your wrist relaxed.  If you do, it will naturally go back and come through on your backswing.  You don't need to force it through.
