Hi Sir,

I keep on training on my forehand topspin but the ball keeps on hitting the net.  So any suggestions?  Please reply as quick as you can because tournament 2 is coming up.

Hi Abdulla,

If the ball is always going into the net, try to make your stroke more vertical.  Finish a little higher.  Even try to get the ball higher so that the ball doesn't go anywhere near the net.  If you get enough topspin on the ball the ball will dip onto the table.
