I've smashed forehand today but all of them went out of forehand side of opponent. Please give me a train or suggestion.

Hi Parsa,

Perhaps the ball was too low to attempt this.  The other thing is to think about adding a little topspin to the stroke to make it safer.

If you meant going out of your opponent's forehand wide, maybe turn your body more side on before you smash?
