Strokes
How much should i rotate my shoulders when playing my topspin backswing for the best results?
Hi Duy,
The more time you have the more you can rotate your shoulders. You don’t need to rotate them any more than about 70 to 80 degrees.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
