when playing a stroke where should you get your power from: The Hip rotation or The Forearm?

Hi Amekun,

To develop more power on the forehand you use a combination of forces.  Your arm is the starter and finisher but you can also use your legs, waist and wrist to help you.  We have filmed a lesson on this which will be out shortly.
