Forehand topspin is so hard

It's hard because it make the ball faster so it's hard to train it with pepole who have hard time taking fast ball and it takes much time to get into position and to move for it.

Have you any tips to make it little less hard.

Hi Felix,

It can be a difficult stroke but it is an important stroke to learn and develop.  It won't come to you in a few days or maybe even months.

I find using multiball to practice the topspin is a good way to learn quickly because you can get the ball you want each time.  This eliminates the need for a good player to hit with.
