Forehand topspin training alone no table

How do we play forehand top no table? Thank you if you have an answer.

Training without a table is very difficult.  You can use any type of table it doesn't have to be a Table Tennis table.  Take a look at the lesson on Practicing Alone where we show you how to use other tables.
