i use my wrist a lot on my backhand, but i just keep my wrist at an angle. Is this normal? should i use my wrist on my forehand, and my backhand?

Hi Karlo,

You don't use as much wrist with the forehand as with the backhand.  The wrist movement for the forehand tends to happen in the backswing and more in the follow through for the backhand.
