Sir, I am trying to learn the forehand and backhand cut. Can you make a video regarding it?

Hi Vineet,

You are lucky because we already have a video on it.  You can go to the lessons page of our site and take a look at the lessons on the Backhand Push and Forehand Push for close to the table backspin or cutting and then look at the lessons on the Backhand Chop and Forehand Chop for cutting from further away from the table.

Good luck with all of those strokes.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
