everything goes on good when in practice, but in the game, i feel like i can't use my strategies and technique, what should i do?

This is a common question but a very big and complicated one.
The basic is that you need to focus on playing well rather than winning the point.
It is almost impossible to forget that you are playing a match but you need to focus away from the score.
