So all my effort finnaly payed off and I got accepted in a regional tounament representing my city/town. It's in a week and I want to know how do I get ready for it. Like how do I concentrate and keep my cool and stuff All tips are appreciated.

And also I would like to tell you the things using. I am using a very old 1992 DHS Pre- Made Revived Bat (which I removed the rubbers completly which was my dad's) with DHS TG Skyline 3 on the front and DHS Hurricane 2 on the back. Using Custom Converse Shoes with Table Tennis Requirement at the bottom. I wear a 100% Comfortable Tennis (Yeah Tennis) Shirt since any shirt will do. We will be using 3 Star Nittaku Premium Balls.

I am a forehander. With TG Skyline, my shots look fast and accurate. As you sugggested before, I mastered the fore and backhand counterhit. I often using backhand for pushing, blocking and flicking. Wish me luck!

Hey Charles,

Good luck with the tournament.

The main thing to remember is that you just need to go out there and play your best table tennis.  If you can do that you will walk away happy.

Work hard on trying to play every point well.

Please let us know how you do. Your Pingskills family will be waiting.

Thanks your all your support. I wouldn't be here without Pingskills and some people in here. A thing I was thinking of is using a new kind of rubber on my backhand. It's called Sandpaper Rubber way back 1930's i think. Or could you suggest a rubber for my backhand? Maybe an all defensive blocking rubber. And also is my DHS Skyline 3 TG Rubber useful for my forehand? I was thinking of switching into a new blade any suggestions after the tournament since my current blade is a pre made one that was just cleaned. And also I would like to know if all those rubber fit for my blade. Players these days buy rubbers and blades that don't really match and produce different effects like missing the ball on contact. And if possible, please suggest only Butterfly, Stiga and DHS rubbers / blades. Thank you.
