Equipment
yesterday,I asked you a question about getting used to the new bat. And u replied that i should have 3 to 5 practice sessions...what do suggest I do my practice sessions..??
Hi Fahad,
During these sessions work on control first. Make sure you hit a lot of balls on the table slowly first so that you get the feel for the ball.
Then you should progress to some drills and finally you should always make sure that you practice your serve and return of serve as this is the first thing that breaks down when you have new equipment.
The thickness of a table tennis table is the most important aspect of a table to ensure you get a true consistent bounce. Other things to consider are the net, portability, and storage space.
