hello coaches

when im practicing table tennis at home it is easy for me when i do some footwork but after a while my back is starting to get hurt that's why i'll need to take a break for a while and start again to practice.

Now, how can i have a good posture when practicing or playing table tennis?

Can I ask which side of a table tennis racket is the best to use in playing table tennis the red side or black side?

thank you

Andray

Hi Andray,

Think about your balance when you are playing.  Try to keep the weight evenly distributed between your two legs as much as possible.  Take a look at our lesson on the Basic Stance.

If your back is hurting you should also see someone about it.

Regarding the red and black rubbers, if the rubbers are the same type then the colour doesn’t make any difference.
