Strokes
Hi everyone I am your big fan from Turkey (Englısh isnt my native language I hope you understand me)
My question is, when I hit the ball, inadvertently the angle of the bat becomes like this:
I grip bat like this when I training...But in the match I stressed and when I stroke ball my grip change false (like first picture)
I think this issue is a problem for many people...Thanks a lot for your answers
Hi Nuri,
This is to do with tension in the wrist and forearm.
Focus on keeping these areas relaxed first. In trading feel what your forearm and wrist are like. Then in a match, focus on this area and see if you can get the same feelings as in training.
This will allow you to play your strokes.
How important are the angles of your bat when playing the forehand topspin? Is it acceptable to swing through low?
